How are the developers in my search sorted?

HireFast always guarantees that when you're searching our platform, the developers will always be sorted from the most skilled to the least. To confirm this, you can open up the candidate modal for a candidate by clicking their name.






We will sort the candidates by default based on their overall HireFast score. However, you can tailor this behavior by searching for specific technologies. If a technology is included in the search, whether AI, boolean, or with a filter, the person's Hirefast score for the category will be highlighted in green.
